Marty Halfon is a longtime Beverly Hills resident with decades of experience in residential, commercial, and investment real estate across Beverly Hills and the Westside. His approach is shaped by deep local knowledge, hands-on ownership experience, and a disciplined understanding of value.
Early in his career, Marty worked closely with experienced property owners and investors, gaining firsthand insight into how real estate decisions are made - and how costly mistakes happen. Over time, he began investing for his own account, buying, renovating, repositioning, and selling homes and multifamily properties. That experience moved him from representing transactions to living with the consequences of decisions, which informs how he advises clients today.
Marty is known for clear judgment, thoughtful pricing strategy, and strong negotiation skills. He focuses on helping clients differentiate between opportunity and risk, whether they are buying, selling, or evaluating an investment property. His guidance is grounded in fundamentals - not hype - and tailored to the realities of each property and market cycle.
Outside of real estate, Marty has remained active in the Beverly Hills community for decades, including running for City Council in 1992 and supporting local nonprofit organizations. He also founded Lone Star Studios, converting an industrial property in the San Fernando Valley into a working soundstage used for major film and television productions.
Marty Halfon is based at Rodeo Realty in the heart of Beverly Hills at 202 N. Canon Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 .
